Coronavirus (COVID-19): Complications And Prevention By WHO

Coronavirus is that kind of virus which is found in some kind of animals and it can be rarely transmitted from animals to humans and then spread through person to person.

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a new virus that can cause illnesses such as the common cold, severe acute respiratory syndrome and Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS). A new coronavirus was identified as the cause of a disease outbreak that originated from the city of wuhan in China.


Cases of COVID-19 is continuously growing in number of countries such as China, Italy, USA, Spain, Germany etc. Public health groups, such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), are monitoring the latest situations and posting updates. WHO also declared a coronavirus a global pandemic in March 2020.

If Anyone is having Doubt that they are going through COVID-19 symptoms or you have been exposed to someone who is infected by COVID-19, or you live in or have traveled from an area where COVID-19 virus has been exposed then they should immediately go to the doctor as soon as possible because this virus is dangerous and this coronavirus can take your life as determined by CDC and WHO.

Although there is no vaccine available to prevent this COVID-19 infection, you can take steps to reduce your risk of infection.

WHO And CDC Both Recommend Some Precautions For Avoiding COVID-19:


#1: Avoid large events and mass gatherings.
#2: Avoid close contact (about 6 feet) with anyone who is sick or has symptoms of Coronavirus.
#3: Keep distance between yourself and others if COVID-19 is spreading in your community, especially if you have a higher risk of serious illness or if you have a week immunity power.
#4: Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 70% alcohol.
#5: Cover your mouth and nose with your elbow or a tissue when you cough or sneeze and throw away the used tissue.
#6: Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth if your hands aren't clean.
#7: Avoid sharing dishes, glasses, bedding and other household items if you're sick.
#8: Clean and disinfect surfaces you often touch on a daily basis.
#9: Stay home from work, school and public areas if you're sick, unless you're going to get medical care. Avoid taking public transportation if you're sick.
#10: CDC doesn't recommend that healthy people wear a face mask to protect themselves from respiratory illnesses, including COVID-19. If it is genuinely required only then wear a mask or if a health care provider tells you to do so.
