Regular eating habbits of these items van cause high Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Diabetes, Obesity, Heart disease And stomach gas, ulcers, Acidity, frequent diarrhea, liver trouble, etc. Instead of eating junk foods and oily food we should eat green vegetables, seasonal fruits, milk, yogurt, buttermilk, sprouted grains and salad should include vitamins, Minerals which are very beneficial for the body. Do not consume excessive amounts of sugar and salt, they are the cause of diabetes, blood pressure and heart diseases. Almonds, raisins, figs, walnuts, etc. Are very beneficial for your health. Drink plenty of water and other liquids such as fresh juice of fruits, milk, curd, buttermilk, lemonade, coconut water, they do not cause lack of water in the body, shine on the skin and face of the body, and also the body dirt Exits through Sweat and Urine.

#2 Regular Exercise:

The sleeping room should be neat and clean, room should be quiet and Secluded, you should sleep maximum 10-11 pm and waking up early at 5-6 in the morning is considered as good for health. The food always you should eat maximum at 2-3 hours before bedtime and in the evening, go for a walk for 20-25 minutes after eating which is very good of health.
